DESIGNER / PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team and to work with us on all aspects of design projects from concept to execution. This position will require you to be flexible to work on varied experimental design projects and explore creative solutions. We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, patient, organized, pays attention to detail, can easily shift from task to task throughout the day, is mindful to the language and aesthetic of The Attic Studio, and is willing to explore new ideas and techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to online inquiries and fulfill daily orders from various platforms.

• Translate clients visions into concepts and graphics.

• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts

• Assist in the design and development of new products and special projects as needed.

• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.

• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print. Assist in the preparation of workshops to be held at our studio.

• Assist in the production and printing process of our stationery.

• Assemble and distribute stationery to vendors and clients.

• Help with sourcing  and organizing required material.

• Ability to organize and prioritize daily work as assigned.

SKILLS

• Adobe suite, Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop experience.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, Outlook.

• 3D modelling software skills and photography skills are a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

• Resident of the UAE with a valid UAE visa.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Driver’s license with own car.
